The next RESTORATIVE SUNDAY:
January 11th at 4pm

NOTE: Only the 4pm Class
will practice restoratives.
(This month, since it's the first class after
a long break, we will have a mixture of
restoratives and some active poses.)

Those who prefer not to practice restoratives
may attend the  2:30 class. 

And those in the 2:30 class who enjoy restoratives may attend the 4pm class.

The next Rebecca Lerner workshop will be in
JUNE 2009 at WellWorks.
