Level  1 No prior yoga experience is necessary for students who take this class. This class will introduce the basic poses, principals of alignment in the poses, relaxation, and breathing techniques. NOTE: You may join the class at any time during the quarter.
Level  2 This class is for students who have completed at least 10 weeks of our Level I class or who have some other yoga experience. In this class we will explore a deeper and
expanded study of the fundamentals; including developing strength, flexibility and awareness in the poses, breathing and deep relaxation.
Level  3 For students wanting to explore yoga in greater depth and detail. In this class more strenuous poses will be introduced,
including increased study of full backbends as well as  inversions such as headstand and full-arm balance (handstand).
Flow Class (Level 2) A "flowing" movement of poses linked with breath.
Levels II and III.
RESTORATIVES For participants with at least ONE YEAR of yoga experience. meditation, pranayama, and restorative poses.

Of course, you may always attend a lower-level class than your skill competency.
